Participating to the doctoral school dayWelcome to the Doctoral School Day !
On this page you can find all the informations you'll need for this day. How will this day go ? If you present an oral communication, and you've been selected, we'll send you an e-mail so that we can send you your slideshow in pdf format. You'll be able to see in the program exactly when and in which room you'll be giving your talk. You'll have 10 minutes to present your work, in a very simple format, and the jury will have 5 minutes to ask you questions. Don't forget! Your performance will be filmed, and we'll send you an oral report. If you're presenting a poster: your work must be produced on an A0 portrait format. You can hang it up once you've collected your badge, before the plenary sessions begin. At each break, you'll need to be in front of your poster to present your work. The jury, made up of 6 people (3 permanent staff and 3 PhD students), will listen to your presentation and ask you questions. At the end of the day, the jury will deliberate on the oral communication and poster prizes. Over the course of the day, you'll attend several plenary lectures and a round-table discussion. The aim of the day is to open the door to the post-doctorate world, and the different career opportunities it offers. Don't hesitate to make contact with the various guests and ask questions during the lectures. Enjoy the day! |
